FlyOrDie.io is an .io game with a food-chain twist. You do not start as a snake or a blob but as a tiny fly, and the whole point is to eat your way up into bigger animals while everything larger than you tries to eat you first. It is a different feel from a plain grow-and-avoid arena: who is safe to chase and who is dangerous changes every time you evolve.

A round is short and tense. You spend the early minutes staying small and careful, then the game turns when you grow and become the one doing the hunting. How to play

Steer with the arrow keys or the mouse. Right click or Space uses your skill. The loop is simple: eat what is green, dodge what is red, keep drinking, and grow into the next animal. Each step up changes what counts as prey and what counts as a threat, so check the borders again after every evolution instead of relying on what worked a minute ago.

• Trust the border colours over the animal's size. Judge everything by green or red, especially right after you evolve.
• Top up on water before you get into a chase, not in the middle of one.
• Save your skill for an escape or a decisive catch rather than using it the moment it is ready.
• With the mouse, steer with small movements so you can turn away from a red-bordered animal quickly.
